Loved my excellent stay for the price.

The hotel was fairly clean and the pool was heated. The restaurant had hot food.

Our bed was too firm.

Whole place was clean with wonderful views ; perfect location close to the action. The room was well-appointed with a reasonable deluxe continental breakfast included.

Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and fantastic, the location was best possible close to restaurants. The rooms were updated with good lighting.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requirements, strongly recommend it. Everything was good, loved our really enjoyable stay. The staff were helpful and thoughtful and the location was stunning close to everything. We could drink something at Bullfish Grill, located 4 mi away.

I didn't feel like leaving, spent such great time and 100% recommend. The room was spotless and impressive in general, with good breakfast. All the employees were informative and perfect.

We have stayed here for 3 days and would stay here again, it is recently renovated and clean hotel with unbeatable location close to everything. The staff was best and efficient, the room was very affordable. The service was good and the pool was very clean.

Absolutely amazing stay on almost all the time, no complains at all. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a pretty nice area, not far from easy drive to Dollywood as well as tram.

The staff was accommodating, the breakfast was savoury, everything was great. Central location of this family-run hotel was a bonus. A wide range of food options close enough to the venue. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the cigar bar.

Cool enough and romantic room, nice beds, complimentary breakfast. The staff were happy to help, always courteous. The room was reasonably priced. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were nice. Its location was ideal close to shops and restaurants. Having different bottled drinks in the sky bar was a very nice touch.

Overall clean accommodation, bright rooms and perfect location. The staff were eager to help. I visited an attached restaurant and truly enjoyed the local meals they offer.

Well heated rooms, absolutely perfect location, best staff. And it also had beautiful view. Found a place called Local Goat, set right next to the hotel, ate there a few times. With fast check-in and late check-out, this venue was chic.

We were there for 5 nights, overall had a very delightful stay. Upscale and fairly clean hotel, extremely comfortable beds. Loved the cigar bar. Really lovely view of city. The location was five star, relatively near a tennessee museum. It is set in a very convenient area.

Our stay there was delightful! We loved a beautiful location, cool rooms and consistently courteous staff. The breakfast had lots of outstanding options, and was particularly good. Indoor swimming pool was great. Cold drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

all in all, i spend my time comfortably. for dinner, i went to local goat, it was minute walk from the venue. i really loved the convenience of the queen room, as well as a flat-screen tv with cable channels, a coffee maker and a work desk.

we were in a queen room with a flat-screen tv with cable channels, a coffee maker and a work desk. the hotel was centrally placed. there's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like cracker barrel, set within 10 minutes walk or so. we liked customer service, it was helpful too.

Little Tokyo Restaurant was 15 mins walk away. There was free Wi-Fi available. Vacation base for a trip in Pigeon Forge.

We greatly enjoyed everything about it, all the food and rooms. Bed was big.

Within a walking distance of the restaurant Local Goat. The beds were super in our room.
